March 25

Hello whalewatchers:

We went ashore today at Isla San Benito west. It was a sunny day with a breeze and pleasant for a hike. Northern elephant seal pups, weaners, and a few females were hauled out on the beaches. Guadalupe fur seals were in their usual spot but less numbers than previous trips. Ospreys are nesting. Psdnegers had a great day!
After departing we saw a few Pacific white-sided dolphin and one spout in the distance in the afternoon. The conditions are stil windy with a large swell.
