Isla San Benito Today we hiked on a beautiful island where there must have been a thousand elephant seals, either lying on the beach or swimming in the coves. It's breeding season and newborns are really photogenic. Some passengers hiked to a lighthouse and around the entire island, but others wanted to sit and enjoy the seals, osprey, and the scenery. I'm getting to know the other passengers. They all seem as crazy about wildlife as I am.
